The email address you use for your job applications might seem like a small detail, but it can be quite telling. In HR, every element of your application is scrutinized, including your email address. Here's how certain types of email addresses can impact our decision on whether to proceed with an interview:Too Casual or Inappropriate: Email addresses like surferdude42@provider.com or giggles123@provider.com might not convey the professionalism you want in a workplace setting.Overly Complex or Unprofessional: It's challenging to take seriously an email like crazychick1995@provider.com or john.doe_the_greatest@provider.com. These can suggest a lack of judgment regarding professional norms.Outdated Email Providers: An address from long-abandoned providers might hint at a reluctance to adapt to new technologies, which can be a red flag in dynamic industries.Tip: If your current email address might raise eyebrows, it's worth setting up a new one that includes just your name or a simple variation thereof, such as j.smith@provider.com or elizabeth.brown@provider.com. This small change can make a big difference in how HR perceives your application.#HR #JobSearchTips #Professionalism #CareerAdvice #BoardwalkHR

THANKFUL THURSDAY……. Have you ever looked back and realized how far you’ve come, not just because of your own efforts, but because of the people who helped you along the way? I remember a time when I felt completely lost, professionally and personally. I was struggling to find my path, unsure if I was making the right choices. Then, one day, Someone gave me a simple piece of advice: ‘Be thankful for the small wins. They add up.’ It was such a small thing, but it changed my mindset completely. I started to see progress, even in the tiniest steps, and I learned to appreciate the journey, not just the destination. More importantly, I learned to express gratitude to those who supported me, even in the smallest ways. Gratitude has a way of changing your perspective and opening doors you didn’t see before.→Today, I want to take a moment to say thank you, to my communities, my mentors, my family, and to each of you. Every like, comment, and conversation has shaped my journey. Gratitude isn’t just a feeling, it’s a practice. And today, I encourage you to thank someone who has made a difference in your life, no matter how small.→What and Who are you THANKFUL for today? →Drop a comment and share a story of someone who made an impact on your journey.

What are your thoughts on this?If we never give a chance, we will never know what could have been. Sometimes, all it takes is one person, one company, someone to believe in a candidate. Experience is valuable. How can we expect candidates to have experience if we never give it to them? Take a fresh candidate with potential and mold them into the employee you want. I guarantee they will never take that opportunity for granted and will always remember the chance you took on them.#takeachance #norisknogain #growyourteam #hiring #opentowork #career #opportunity

Anmol Sachar - the glitter sparkles brighter with each passing day!A reward for all the hard work that goes in day and night. When he started on this journey a few years ago, my little brother's motive was to make people smile, laugh and happy. The world can always do with more happiness, after all. Today, I feel a sense of pride that is difficult to put in words. And, this is just the beginning!#anmolsachar #contentcreator #influencer

As I approach my birthday in early May, I find myself reflecting on 8 lessons I've learned and continue to learn. Here are a few that have been particularly meaningful to me:1. Choose your company wisely and be mindful of who you allow into your life.2. Prioritize self-care for both your body and mind. Remember that taking care of yourself is essential in helping others.3. It's okay to ask for help and seek comfort in the embrace of others.4. Remain humble and thankful for your successes, and always remember the reasons why you started on your journey.5. Embrace life's challenges and constantly strive to grow and improve. Each new level brings new obstacles, and it's important to approach them with an open mind.6. Take the time to nurture your inner child and do things that bring joy to your younger self.7. Focus on creating new memories and experiences instead of dwelling on the past.8. Use your skills and talents to serve others and find meaning in the impact you have on those around you.I am grateful for all the love and support I have received, and I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and share in the years to come. Thank you for being a part of my journey.
